Apple Cider Vinegar Foot Soak

This soak is super easy to do and great for healing really dry feet. It also helps increase circulation and is known for its detoxifying properties.

  • Fill your bowl/tub with warm water

  • Add about 2 cups of apple cider vinegar

  • Soak feet for about 10-15 minutes

  • Dry your feet off and apply your favorite lotion

I personally really hate the smell of apple cider vinegar so I like to add some essential oils into the water to make the smell a little less potent!

P. S. How cute is this yellow bucket I found at Target in the dollar spot?! Only like $5 and perfect for soaking your feet for at home pedis!
